Just finished my 13th workout. Feel great, more tone, stronger, and more flexible. Sedar has met and exceeded my expectations for a trainer who listens to the needs of the client and yet pushes to the next level of performance. I just signed up for my next 12 sessions. P.S. I must say I’ve been more active and consistent than in my previous workout when I would do it myself. This program is not only just different for me (using the app through my trainer) but it withholds more accountability. I always workout more rigorously in the gym with someone watching or working with me. It’s almost the same now it makes me feel like my trainer is watching me so I’m always encouraged to finish and complete my workouts to the best of my ability. I’m about a month in but I feel the tightness of my body consistently and and my strength growing. I’m satisfied and looking forward to my progress in the next couple months. TAP IN!!
