Rates: 

Personal Training $50 per session | Contact for multi-session packages 

If your goal is to look and feel your absolute best, I’m here to help.  You may already know, there are tons of studies out there that show a direct link between your fitness level and your overall confidence and happiness.   

At Functional-Fit, we don’t take a “one size fits all” approach.  You will have a unique, custom designed personal training plan that will fit your exact goals and needs.

Current Certifications:  


Certified Personal Trainer (CPT):  Possesses an understanding of client goals, the human body, how to assess human movement, and the science behind specific training adaptations. 

Ability to design individualized simple, easy to follow training programs to be used. This next phase of the course will take you through the details of our Purpose-Driven Training Model - a simple model you can use to give you the knowledge and confidence to easily create safe, effective, and individualized training programs. 


Tactical Conditioning Specialist (TSAC-F):  Uses scientific knowledge to train tactical movements for military, fire and rescue, law enforcement and protective services personnel.  Ability to customize training programs, provide nutrition information, perform needs analysis, design and implement safe and effective strength training programs. 

  

Strength & Conditioning Specialist:  Assists in improving physical fitness and athletic performance.  Able to work with athletes at all levels from amateur to professional or those who are not athletes but want to improve their physical fitness

.   

CPR Certified:  Qualified to perform life-saving procedures in the event of near drowning, suffocation or a cardiac event. 

*All certifications completed through The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA)
