From a young age, I have been captivated by the world of fitness. From organized competitive sports to novice weekend activities, I am a lifelong athlete and have experienced firsthand the incredible power of a strong and healthy body. My passion began at an early age and led me to embark on a journey in martial arts at the age of 9, a journey that continues to this day. The discipline, determination, and internal motivation have not only shaped my physical abilities but also my approach to training.
Education has always been a cornerstone in my life. Holding a degree in social sciences, I've had the privilege of delving into the complexities of human behavior and understanding what drives us as individuals.
